Early in WWII, when nearly 500,000 troops of the British Army were trapped at Dunkirk by the German Army on three sides and the English Channel to their backs, they realized they were in a desperate situation. The personnel in the British Army began to send final messages back to England, and one message caught the attention of the British newspapers, "IF NOT, Then".
Military historians know that a military unit is vulnerable anytime it tries to cross any terrain feature that divides the unit and prevents full movement. They also know it is almost impossible to protect an army in full retreat.
The trapped British were in full retreat, and faced with the task of crossing not just a river, but the English Channel. In times past, the English Channel has helped England keep foreign invaders at bay.
The message, "IF NOT, Then", carried in the news stories caused a great stir and effort by the British people to rescue their army. At that time over 60% of the British people attended church.
"IF NOT, Then", was a reference to the three young Jewish men in the Book of Daniel who refused to bow down and worship the idols of the pagan king. When threatened with death by fire the three young Jewish men responded with, "Our God is able to save us, but IF NOT, THEN we will still not bow down and worship your idols".
The British Army at Dunkirk were telling the people of England that they faced total annihilation, and God, not the British military or government was able to save them. And IF God did NOT; they would still not bow down to the Army from the nation of Nationalist Socialist Workers Party (NAZI), but they would fight to the last man.
The people of England began to pray and to act. God, in his mercy and grace sent a fog which covered the ships and boats used to pull the troops off the beach.
Within a matter of a few days, 435,000 troops where evacuated under the nose of the German Army by the British people. This rescue was called the "Miracle of Dunkirk". A majority was saved by the British navy, but nearly 25 thousand were saved by civilians manning anything that could float. In their Motor boats and sail boats, they sailed side by side with the British Navy into harms way.
We need to pray for candidates and members of the KRAA.ORG that they believe and practice "IF, NOT Then". We do not need candidates who at the sign of a frown, bow down to the Rhino Republicans, Democrats and the Drive-by Media. We need members who are willing to take a stand even in the face of total defeat.
We need to remember the response of the pagan king in the Bible to the three young Jewish men. He heated the furnace 7 times hotter than normal, yet the young Jewish men stood with God.
Let the word go forth from this time and place the KRAA.ORG will not bow down to idols of humanism. That our God is able to save our Country, but IF NOT, THEN we will still NOT bow down and worship worldly idols, humanism or the humans who make them.
Dan 3:15 Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of music, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?
Dan 3:16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.
Dan 3:17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.
Dan 3:18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.
Dan 3:19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: therefore he spoke, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.
From the Book of Colossians
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him |
